Scrum Master

Description:

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager

Proven experience leading Scrum teams distributed across multiple countries and time zones

Strong hands-on expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban

Experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and impediments in complex environments

Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, automation, and Agile metrics

Strong communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional and global teams

Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery best practices
