Scrum master

The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that the team follows Agile practices and Scrum framework to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist the team in breaking down tasks and estimating effort.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
