Job Description
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while promoting Agile principles and ensuring Scrum adherence.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines while maintaining the product backlog.
- Provide strong technical guidance in programming languages, frameworks, and databases to support the team's decision-making.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code, adherence to standards, and implementation of best practices.
- Promote continuous integration and deployment to automate build, testing, and release processes for smooth development workflows.
