Job Title: Scrum Master.

Location: Boston, MA.



Key Responsibilities:

Independently facilitate Agile ceremonies.

Coach delivery team on Agile principles.

Collaborate with Product Owner to identify gaps within team and delivery process.

Provide opportunities for cross-skills training and growth.

Facilitate team focus on achievable goals and continuous improvement.

Support ART-wide initiatives.

Create and manage processes/workflows using tools such as Actionable Agile, Octane, Agility Health, Mural/Collaboration, and Atlassian/SharePoint/Teams.

Qualifications:

Servant leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to listen and support teams in problem-identification and decision-making.

Skills to encourage respect, openness, and courage in team environment.

Influence through persuasion rather than authority.

Empathy and ability to empower teams.

Strong technical aptitude with experience leading software delivery teams.

Certification preferred:

CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or ICP-Agile Team Facilitation.
