Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT PMO , the Scrum Master is responsible for driving consistent, high‑quality, on‑schedule delivery of IT initiatives by ensuring Agile teams are well‑organized, disciplined, and execution‑focused.

This role owns the day‑to‑day health of team boards, sprint execution, and delivery cadence, ensuring work is clearly defined, actively managed, and completed to quality standards. The Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, delivery leaders, and stakeholders to provide transparency, manage risks and dependencies, and keep teams focused on delivering committed outcomes.
