**Description**
Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. Leidos is looking for a Scrum Master to join a high performing agile team in support of a nationally significant and fast-paced program.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Facilitating self-organizing teams to ensure each team is making progress against sprint commitments
+ Protects teams from scope creep during execution of the sprint
+ Removes impediments for the team
+ Helps members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate
+ Supports and enforces Scrum process and other rules
+ Ensures that the team has a clear understanding of Definition of Done and how to meet it
+ Coordinates with other teams on the contract and communicates status to Management
