Scrum Master
Location: Chennai
Experience: 9 to 12 Years

Your role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth delivery across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban frameworks, with a proven ability to coach teams and remove impediments to achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Implement and manage Kanban and Scrumban practices where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and prioritize work.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Track and report key metrics to stakeholders for transparency and improvement.
Your Profile
- Strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops).
Preferred Skills:
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
- Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Dev Ops practices.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
