This is a hybrid role with 3 - 4 days in office.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for IT projects across application development, system integration, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
· Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption
· Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
· Remove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teams
