Scrum Master

The Agile Scrum Master role reports to the Agile Coach, in Global Tech PMO, supporting Consumer Platforms tech teams



As a Scrum Master at McDonald’s, you will be responsible for the daily operations of an agile squad, facilitating the work of the squad and scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is fully functional and productive. You will help the squad self-organize, focus on outcomes, and get work to a finished state. The Scrum Master is an Agile guide and helps the teams adopt what Scrum/Agile routines and champions high performing teams.



Accountabilities & Responsibilities





+ Ensure Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, etc.) are completed properly, driving team to develop and deploy faster.
