Job Description
As a part of the Core SW Team, the Intermediate Scrum Master is a key facilitator within an agile development team building and working on enterprise-grade software systems. The Intermediate Scrum Master is involved in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, focusing on optimizing team velocity, removing impediments, and ensuring rigorous Jira hygiene to provide management with accurate, real-time data on project health.
Activities:
Design, develop, and maintain Agile workflows and Jira boards tailored to the team's specific development needs.
Understand and analyze delivery requirements, ensuring that the backlog is healthy and that Jira tickets accurately reflect the current state of development.
Assisting in the collection and documentation of user requirements, specifically focusing on the refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimation techniques.
