Your normal day will involve:

• Fostering and promoting Agile principles across multiple teams.
• Balancing delivery requirements with improvement initiatives to enhance Agile culture.
• Facilitating complex Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Researching and educating teams on modern Agile trends and best practices.
• Designing Agile operating models for new and existing projects.
• Building strong relationships with internal and cross-agency stakeholders.
