Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Scrum Master** to guide and support two agile teams specializing in AI/ML initiatives.
These teams work closely with Data Science, Compliance, and Analytics to develop innovative tools that enhance both Home and Branch Office environments while ensuring a smooth progression from exploration to production.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate scrum ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospectives
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync Ups to identify risks and dependencies
- Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and the RTE to align stories with team capacity
- Solve impediments through coordination and innovative problem-solving
- Track team dependencies while working with other Scrum Masters to mitigate them
- Analyze sprint data to identify potential risks to sprint objectives
