Job Description

Your daily tasks will include

️ Facilitate and lead Scrum events.
️ Identify and address impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
️ Support and advise PO regarding needs refinement and backlog management.
️ Shield the team from external distractions and interference, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality work during each sprint.
️ Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, promoting transparency, and minimizing misunderstandings.
️ Support team by delivering sprint goals successfully.
️ Support delivery understanding in an empirical context.
️ Establish key metrics for following team effectiveness (velocity, predictability, user satisfaction, team satisfaction, quality).
️ Encourage the team to regularly reflect on their processes and practices during Sprint Retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
