• Organizes and keeps all ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - within their timeboxes.

• Proactively identifies and resolves blockers (e.g., technical issues or lack of resources) that hinder the team's progress.

• Mentors team members on self-management, cross-functionality, and Agile principles to improve overall performance.
