What you'll be doing 

• Championing agile ways of working across the team, ensuring ceremonies are engaging, productive, and continuously improved
• Facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups, helping the team stay aligned, focused, and motivated
• Removing impediments and blockers quickly, enabling the team to deliver high‑quality work without disruption
• Coaching and mentoring team members on agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Working closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritise work, and ensure clarity of requirements
