Job summary

As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for driving both delivery excellence and effective ways of working for one of DKSH’s Digital products in an Agile environment, in close partnership with Business and Technology. This role calls for a change agent with a strong Agile mindset, who looks beyond facilitating ceremonies to influence behaviors, decision‑making, and culture. You will apply Scrum with discipline, while flexing coaching approaches and practices based on product context and team maturity, with the objective of enabling high‑performing, outcome‑driven, and self‑managing teams.
