About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our project management and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and hands-on experience with Jira.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a bridge between different teams (Operations, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Support) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Manage project tracking and workflows using Jira (creating, assigning, monitoring tasks, and reporting).
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare MOMs (minutes of meetings), and follow up on action items.
