: Claims, Contact Center, and Digital Enablement (C3DE) is looking for a Senior Scrum Master with experience to manage the execution of initiatives supporting our Digital Enablement initiatives across our portfolio. The assignment for this role is to support Insurance's Digital Enablement Communities of Practices (CoP's), which total 6 smaller teams. We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented individual with strong Agile, technical and leadership skills. Desired location of candidate is in Hartford, CT. or Charlotte, NC area.


Responsibilities Include:

• Manage day-to-day operations of 6 (smaller in size – totaling ~10 DEV team members) Digital Enablement development teams supporting new capabilities, maintenance, technical upgrades, etc.

• Educate and coach the team in Agile Methodology, ensuring that the agreed Lean-Agile process is being followed and aligns with Insurance's Enterprise Business Delivery Model. Acts as a role mod...
