Job Description

Main Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives




  • Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles




  • Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions




  • Foster close collaboration between development teams and stakeholders




  • Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization




  • Monitor project progress and ensure transparency on deliverables




  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation


    • Profile:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field




  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects




  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
