Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to become part of our regional development team. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and previous experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in facilitating Scrum events, driving effective Iteration execution, and coaching Agile Teams to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate key Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure smooth Iteration execution and Program Increment (PI) execution.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Agile Teams on adhering to Agile principles and practices.
  • Identify and address impediments to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to align efforts across teams.
