We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly energetic and dedicated professional to not just help with the overall project and people management but also liaise with all the departments internally thereby ensuring relevant tasks are completed in time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between employees, leadership and all the department level heads
- Manage the flow of information (inter-department, internal and external) in a timely manner
- Be in charge of taking the meeting minutes
- Actively coordinate with the different departments to get the work/task closed within a specific timeframe
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks with fair ease
- Should have the ability to come up with presentations, reports etc for internal and external information communication
- Help the Project Manager with making detailed project plans in collaboration with all the respective departments
- Ensure that the resource allocation (internally) is tracked and maintained regularly
- Help with evaluating overall project effectiveness and efficiency
- Have a regular contact with team members to ensure things are moving smoothly without any hurdles
Requirements:
The candidate should be:
- Extremely good with time management
- Someone with really good communication skills
- Good at handling and resolving conflicts (both project and department wise)
- Someone with a strong acumen towards metrics and reports
- Very nimble and an ace executor
Educational Qualifications:
BBA/Bsc/ B.Tech
Notice Period: Immediate/less than 30 days
