About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to be the execution backbone of PMO-led projects. This role is critical in ensuring requirement clarity, disciplined sprint execution, strong documentation ownership, and predictable delivery.

You will work closely with engineering and technical teams to drive daily execution while ensuring visibility, compliance, and structured delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Documentation

  • Lead requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, Acceptance Criteria)
  • Own integration plans and support Design Acceptance Phase (DAP) sign-off
  • Ensure requirements freeze discipline
  • Maintain documentation in ClickUp / ClickUp Docs as per PMO standards

Scrum & Execution

  • Run daily Scrum ceremonies for assigned projects
