Position : SCRUM MASTER


Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a Scrum Lead/Facilitator to join the Smart Structures Team in India, Hyderabad. This is a 100% onsite position — no telecommuting or remote work is allowed. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in scrum, backlog planning, and following up on stories and tasks, to facilitate successful delivery of IT projects.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog boards, analytics using Microsoft DevOps.
  • Understand stories and tasks that are being worked on by team in terms of priority and complexity.
  • Provide timely follow-ups, verification and logging.
  • Understand project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • 100% onsite availability  in Hitech City, Hyderabad (non-negotiable).
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Facilitator .
  • Strong background in Project Management .
