Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled **Scrum Master I**who will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and guiding agile practices within our software development teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage scrum ceremonies including PI planning, Sprint Planning, Stand Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync Ups to highlight risks and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with product owners, product managers, and RTE to plan stories according to team capacity
- Guide the team to remove impediments through coordination and creative thinking
- Track dependencies across multiple teams and work with other scrum masters to resolve them
- Analyze sprint data to identify risks in meeting sprint goals
- Monitor Agile metrics and take necessary actions
