**Job Summary:**
Servant leader and coach to a cross-functional agile team, ensuring all activities use the principles and frameworks of Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) to deliver solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Establishes lean/agile leadership, supports the Product Owner, and promotes quality practices; Skilled at Scrum practices of estimation and prioritization using agile techniques. Guides and coaches team members on agile practices & provides developmental feedback to team members using a servant leadership style and leading by example. Fosters an environment of mutual respect and cooperation, transparency, and autonomy; facilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
