Job Description
We are seeking a committed and proficient **Scrum Master II**whose role will be vital in overseeing and leading scrum ceremonies, addressing impediments, and fostering agile methodologies within our software development teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and lead scrum ceremonies, including PI planning, Sprint Planning, Stand Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective
- Contribute in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync-Ups to surface risks and dependencies
- Work in partnership with product owners, product managers, and RTE to schedule stories aligned with team capacity
- Aid the team in addressing impediments via coordination and innovative thinking
- Track inter-team dependencies and collaborate with other scrum masters for resolution
- Examine sprint data to pinpoint risks in achieving sprint objectives
