Job Summary:

Drive Agile delivery for software development teams by ensuring proper sprint planning, tracking, and collaboration. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key Requirements :

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure sprint goals, backlog refinement, and story estimations.
  • Track team velocity and remove delivery blockers.
  • Manage Jira boards and maintain sprint hygiene.
  • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for alignment.
  • Support multiple teams if required across Java/GenAI projects.
