Scrum Master - Integration Project

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Salesforce & Mulesoft team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Coach delivery teams in Agile and Scrum best practices
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance
• Support delivery governance and reporting in a consulting environment

Key skills & experience

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master on integration or platform programs (MuleSoft highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery in complex, enterprise environments
