- Coach the team on Agile principles and ensure adherence to methodologies.
- Monitor projects to ensure milestones, time, and budget are met.
- Remove obstacles and promote collaboration.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Experience in Agile management.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
