About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with strong Kanban expertise to join a stable project with one of our major clients. The role focuses on fostering an agile culture, driving continuous transformation, and providing coaching and facilitation to Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Scrum team to support low-complexity initiatives and provide support to senior Scrum Masters on high-complexity initiatives.
• Lead continuous agile transformation and promote accountability and transparency throughout the organization.
