Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide agile teams through successful delivery cycles, ensuring strong adherence to Scrum principles while fostering continuous improvement. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and communication bridge across multicultural teams and stakeholders, supporting the delivery of innovative payment solutions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in agile environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate and optimize Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective participation and team alignment.
- Communication & Facilitation: Promote clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders across different geographies. Support the team in understanding requirements from the Product Owner and step in when further clarification is needed (Portuguese, English, French).
