Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across one or more cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who champions Agile values, removes impediments, and enables teams to deliver high-quality outcomes consistently while fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles to improve maturity and performance
Remove impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary
Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs
Enable transparent delivery tracking using metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and predictability
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable outcomes
Protect the team from external disruptions and scope creep
