We are looking for a Scrum Master for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban
Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams
Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to coach teams rather than direct them
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
Background in technology, banking, fintech, or data platforms
Exposure to cloud, microservices, or distributed systems
Experience supporting multiple teams or complex programs
Certifications (Preferred)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
