We are looking for a Scrum Master for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to coach teams rather than direct them
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Background in technology, banking, fintech, or data platforms
- Exposure to cloud, microservices, or distributed systems
- Experience supporting multiple teams or complex programs
