Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across one or more cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who champions Agile values, removes impediments, and enables teams to deliver high-quality outcomes consistently while fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles to improve maturity and performance
• Remove impediments and blockers , escalating when necessary
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs
• Enable transparent delivery tracking using metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and predictability
