Scrum Master

The IAM Scrum Master will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives by enabling high‑performing agile teams. This role ensures that IAM product squads operate efficiently, remove impediments, and continuously improve their ways of working. Partnering closely with product owners, architects, and security stakeholders, the Scrum Master facilitates the planning and execution of IAM capabilities—including identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and privileged access controls.
Skills
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
Strong facilitation of sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospectives).
Backlog management coaching and support for Product Owners.
Ability to identify and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
Experience driving continuous improvement and agile maturity.
