Scrum Master

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Scrum Master, who can work from India with USA time zone.The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, organizing and leading sprint planning sessions, and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient delivery of project milestones. The role includes creating and refining user stories, identifying and removing any impediments to progress, and fostering open communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sprint Planning and creating and managing User Stories
• Property and Casualty experience required
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and improve team efficiency
• Effective Communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
• Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
• Previous experience in leading agile teams and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
