Scrum / Agile Delivery Lead
Warrington (on-site 3 / 4 days) | Immediate Start | SC Cleared / SC Clearable
Contract (Inside IR35) or Permanent
We're looking for a client-facing Engagement Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to take ownership of three parallel agile squads, driving day-to-day delivery for a high-profile programme in the Warrington area.
What you'll be doing
Leading multiple agile squads as a hands-on Scrum Master
Acting as the primary client interface, owning delivery, cadence and outcomes
Driving Power BI delivery into live production environments
Leading mixed, cross-functional agile teams (onshore/offshore)
What we're looking for
Proven agile delivery / scrum mastery in complex environments
Strong client-facing engagement management experience
Hands-on Power BI delivery experience (end-to-end, not just dashboards)
SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC clearance
Comfortable working on-site 3–4 days per week (4 ideal)
