We are looking for a Scrum Master
An experienced professional who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across squads while maintaining clear communication with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements.
- Identify and remove blockers affecting team progress (access requests, test users, bug follow-up, cross-team dependencies).
- Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; organize meetings when needed.
