Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** to enable high‑performing Agile teams and drive the delivery of high‑quality technology products and solutions.
You will serve as a **servant-leader and coach** , not a traditional manager—guiding multiple Scrum teams, advancing Agile maturity, promoting AI and tool enablement, and fostering data‑driven decision-making. You’ll help teams self-organize, remove impediments, and continuously improve, while protecting them from distractions and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
This is a **hybrid role based in Marlborough, MA** (onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday). Some **domestic and international travel (up to 10%)** may be required, depending on project needs.
