Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile/Scrum practices with a strong focus on eCommerce and omnichannel delivery
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams
• Ensure quality deliverables through effective coordination of development, testing, and deployment phases
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers—developing mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team
• Facilitate technical discussions and decision‑making processes when needed
