Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
to support a large-scale, global implementation of
IBM Maximo
within a complex enterprise environment. This role plays a critical part in enabling agile teams to deliver business value effectively while supporting a broader digital transformation.

As a Scrum Master, you will champion agile ways of working, foster team maturity, and help build a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to enable efficient value delivery
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, promoting continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Product Owners, delivery leads, and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities
