Job Description
• Guide teams and organization on Agile practices
• Manage cycle of assessing and improving scrum team practices and maturity
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects
• Use Experience in planning and estimating to determine sprint scope based on the team's velocity and capabilities while partnering with the product owner on prioritization.
• Proactively addresses systemic impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) to escalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming blockers.
