Scrum Master

Position Description

As the Scrum Master, you will collaborate with a team to deliver full stack solutions that align with the project priorities. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring development teams adhere to scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to enhance processes, facilitating meetings and decision‑making, and removing any impediments that the teams may face.

Future Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of applications to help troubleshoot and report issues accurately to dev team.
