Scrum Master (Contract) Adelaide CBD | Hybrid (min. 3 days onsite) | Feb – June 2026 | Up to $800 /day + Super

We are currently partnering with a large enterprise organisation seeking two experienced Scrum Masters to support major software delivery initiatives as part of a high-performing IT program environment.

This is a contract opportunity commencing in February 2026 through to June 2026, offering the chance to work across complex digital programs while driving Agile maturity and delivery excellence.

About the Role Working closely with Product Managers and delivery teams, you will facilitate Agile ways of working, support team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of value to the business. You will also play a key role in guiding stakeholders and teams through Agile practices at both delivery and portfolio levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery across software development teams
  • Partner with Product Managers to support prioritisation and delivery planning
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
  • Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement
  • Support Agile practices at program and portfolio level
  • Enable strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software delivery environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to lead through influence and servant leadership
  • Experience supporting large or complex organisations
  • Exposure to enterprise-wide Agile transformations highly regarded
  • Strong problem-solving and delivery planning capability

Qualifications

  • Relevant Scrum and/or Agile certification (required)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in IT, engineering or management (desirable)

Role Details

  • Contract: February 2026 – June 2026
  • Location: Adelaide CBD (minimum 3 days onsite per week)
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Rate: Up to $800/day + Super (dependent on experience)
  • Positions available: 2
  • On-call: Participation in a rotating after-hours/weekend roster required

Casual Loading
