Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, system demos, and continuous improvement tracking
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices within regulated and enterprise environments
• Facilitate effective internal communication and collaboration across teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and customer communications
• Conduct user design thinking and coaching sessions with Product Owners, developers, UX designers, and Quality Engineers
• Manage technical debt and continuously improve product quality and value across the product lifecycle
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments impacting team performance
• Drive collaboration, problem-solving, and team maturity
• Leverage Agile tools to track progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
