Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, system demos, and continuous improvement tracking
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices within regulated and enterprise environments
- Facilitate effective internal communication and collaboration across teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and customer communications
- Conduct user design thinking and coaching sessions with Product Owners, developers, UX designers, and Quality Engineers
- Manage technical debt and continuously improve product quality and value across the product lifecycle
- Resolve conflicts and remove impediments impacting team performance
- Drive collaboration, problem-solving, and team maturity
- Leverage Agile tools to track progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
