Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
with a strong background in
IT and software development
to guide and support high-performing Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile methodologies, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex software products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach the team in Agile best practices to enhance velocity, predictability, and delivery quality.
Remove impediments proactively to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized Product Backlog.
