In this role you will:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master/Team Coach in organizations implementing agile.
• Experience with global and remote distributed teams.
• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts/impediments within and outside the team.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) is preferable.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
