What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
• A certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred;
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or...
