Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant leader to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful delivery of Digital Channel projects, such as RM Portal, Client Portal, and Client Relationship Management solutions.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring team collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions in the private banking domain.
  • Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement for the Agile team.
